ABOUT ME
DYLAN PARKER

Picking up a camera helped me find a purpose and passion in life. Robert Irwin was my immediate inspiration to get into photography, watching him capture gorgeous wildlife. I started with just taking photos of animals in zoos and have gained so much experience that has led me to expand my equipment and experiment with other areas of photography and further developing my passion for capturing special memories for people. I love photographing sport events, cars, pets and also portrait and family shoots.

I am currently the reigning Sports Photographer of the Year on the Gold Coast. I am a Photographer for the QRL, Wynnum Manly Seagulls, Burleigh Bears & Ipswich Jets. I am also a photographer for the Ipswich Jets Netball Team. I was also a photographer at the 2021 NRL Grand Final and the 2022 NRL Magic Round. I've had my photos posted on websites, articles, players profiles and even in five different newspapers; The Gold Coast Bulletin, The Daily Telegraph, The Courier Mail, The Inverell Times & The Chronicle. One of my wildlife photos is also the cover the 'Wildlife Australia' Magazine!

I will continue to grow and learn in hope to get my dream job as a professional photographer for a wildlife magazine or for a National Sporting team.
